What we do with your details.
Short version: we use them to quote your job and to do the work. We do not sell them, and you can have them deleted by asking.

What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you type into it: your name, your phone number, your email address, the property address or town, a description of the work, and any photos you attach. Nothing on the form is collected that you did not enter.
If you call or text us, we have your phone number, because that is how phones work. If you email us, we have your email address.
Like most websites, this one also records ordinary technical information when a page loads: the pages visited, roughly where in the world the visit came from, the browser and device type, and the site that referred you. That is measurement, not identification.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to price the job, to schedule it, and to do it. That is the entire purpose. We may also contact you afterwards about the work itself, for example if a surface needs recoating on a cycle, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number or text us photos, we will reply by text, because on this kind of work it is the fastest way to get you an answer. We do not add you to a marketing list from a quote request. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply.
Who else handles it
A small number of service providers process this information on our behalf, and only in order to deliver it to us:
- CrewLeadPro, the system we run the business on, which is where a quote request lands.
- Our email provider, which delivers the notification and any confirmation to you.
- Our website host, which serves these pages and keeps ordinary server logs.
- Analytics and advertising measurement, described below.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. If a job needs a specialist we do not carry in house, we will tell you who and why before passing anything on.
Cookies and measurement
This site may use Google Analytics and similar measurement tools to count visits and to see which pages lead to estimate requests. Those set cookies in your browser. They tell us that a page was visited; they do not tell us who you are, and we do not try to work it out.
If we run advertising, those platforms may set cookies to attribute a click to a request. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site works normally without them.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and job records are kept as long as we might reasonably need them: to honor what we quoted, to answer a question about work we did, and to meet ordinary business and tax record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that never became a job are not kept indefinitely.
Photos of finished work
We photograph our own work, and we sometimes use those photos on this site, on our Google profile or on social media. Those are pictures of pavement. We do not publish your name, your address or anything that identifies you along with them, and if you would rather your property was not photographed at all, tell us and it will not be.
What you can ask for
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, other than anything we have to keep for tax or contractual reasons. There is no form for this: call or email and say so.
Children
This site is for people arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this changes
We will change the date at the top of this page when it does. We will not quietly start doing something with your details that this page says we do not.
